So you'd like to book a show with us...

GREAT! Our programming committee is frequently reviewing artist's submissions for consideration for an upcoming show.  We listen to all demos, as well as music provided on EPKs, MySpace, and other on-line services.  We receive several submissions, so please give us your very best material right up front; your chances of booking a show with us will increase.  Email booking@charlotteswebofrockford.org

While we book mainly acoustic acts, we respect all forms of music.  Please don't hesitate to send in your work.  However, in most instances, we do not book cover bands.

If you don't hear from us, please feel free to call us at 815.964.2238 two months after you've sent your demo. Our staff will let you know if we intend to pursue a show with you.

Booking Agents
If you are a booking agent, please use booking@charlotteswebofrockford.org, and please include, as specifically as possible, who you would like to book, what dates you have available, and a link to your artist's site.  As with artists who represent themselves, your request will be addressed promptly by our committee after a careful review process.
